More Source Studios Ltd (trading as Moresource) is a development studio registered in England and Wales under company number 15181102, with our registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

a) When you book a meeting with us

We use Cal.com to schedule meetings. When you book a meeting through our site, Cal.com collects the following information on our behalf:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The date and time of your booking
  • Any information you choose to provide in the booking form (e.g. company name, meeting purpose, notes)

b) When you contact us

If you email us or otherwise get in touch, we will receive your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include in your message.

c) When you visit our site

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as:

  • Your IP address (anonymised where possible)
  • Your device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
  • The website or source that referred you to us
  • General location information (typically city or region level)

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel automatically logs technical information including IP addresses for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes.

6. How long we keep your personal data

We only keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy:

  • Meeting bookings and enquiries: retained for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an ongoing client relationship (in which case retention is governed by our Client Services Agreement).
  • Email correspondence: retained for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where required for tax, legal, or accounting purposes.
  • Google Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months.
  • Vercel access logs: retained according to Vercel's standard retention periods (typically a short rolling window).

We will delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to object — object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests.
